Wellness coaching is a collaborative, supportive process designed to help you create meaningful, sustainable changes in your life. As a wellness coach, my role is not to “fix” you or tell you how to live — it is to guide, educate, and support you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and build habits that support your overall well-being.
My approach to wellness coaching is holistic and highly personalized. I draw from my training in yoga, breathwork, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or “tapping”), somatic awareness, and body-based healing practices to help clients reconnect with both their mind and body. Rather than focusing on one single method, I integrate these tools in a way that meets you exactly where you are.
In our sessions, we may explore things like stress regulation through breathwork, gentle movement practices, mindfulness and meditation techniques, emotional processing through EFT tapping, and practical strategies for improving daily habits that support physical and mental health. Together we identify what is currently working in your life, where you feel stuck, and what small, realistic steps can move you forward.
A key part of wellness coaching is creating manageable goals and building accountability in a supportive environment. I help clients break larger life changes into small, achievable steps while celebrating progress along the way. The goal is not perfection, but creating sustainable shifts that help you feel more balanced, empowered, and connected to your life.

A wellness coach is a supportive partner who helps you clarify your goals, develop healthier habits, manage stress, and create a lifestyle that supports your well-being. Through education, reflection, and practical tools, coaching helps you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling more capable and aligned with your values.
What a Wellness Coach Is Not
Wellness coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for licensed mental health care. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Instead, coaching focuses on forward movement, personal growth, and empowering you with practical tools to support your own wellness journey.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and develop sustainable practices that support a healthier, more balanced life.
