Massage Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Massage therapy is more than relaxation—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with your body, release accumulated tension, and support your overall well-being.

My practice is women-centered, with care tailored to meet each person where they are, in a respectful and trauma-informed way.

No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions are alike. Every treatment is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, nervous system support, or simply space to rest and reset.

My goal is to create an environment where your body can feel safe enough to let go of the patterns of tension it has been holding.

A Whole-Person Approach to Bodywork

I believe the body holds our experiences—physical, emotional, and mental. Stress, injury, and daily life can create patterns of tension that build over time.

Through thoughtful, attentive touch, massage can help release these patterns, improve mobility, and restore balance.

My work blends therapeutic technique with a whole-person perspective. Rather than forcing the body to change, I work with your body’s natural rhythms and responses.

Sessions may incorporate:
• Therapeutic massage
• Deep tissue work (when appropriate)
• Relaxation massage
• Breath awareness and nervous system support
• Energy work such as Reiki (optional)
• Sound healing (optional)

Each session is customized based on what your body needs that day.

I practice trauma-informed bodywork, which means your comfort, consent, and sense of safety are always the priority.

This approach recognizes that touch affects each person differently. Sessions are guided by your preferences, your pace, and what feels supportive to your body.

Trauma-informed care includes:
• Clear communication before and during your session
• Respect for personal boundaries and autonomy
• Choice around pressure, positioning, and areas worked
• The option to pause or adjust at any time
• A calm, supportive environment

You are always in control of your session.

This is a space intentionally designed to feel safe, grounded, and supportive for all clients, with care that honors your identity, boundaries, and lived experience.

While my work is women-centered, I welcome anyone seeking compassionate, trauma-informed care and a space where they can feel safe and supported.

Your session begins with a brief conversation about how you’re feeling, your areas of concern, and your goals for that day.

From there, the session is tailored specifically to you. Some clients benefit from focused work on areas of tension, while others prefer a restorative full-body experience.

During your session, I check in as needed while also allowing space for deep relaxation.

Many clients leave feeling:
• Physically lighter and more mobile
• Deeply relaxed
• Calmer and more grounded
• More connected to their body
